Tram Troubles

Yesterday I got on the tram and sat across from this guy. It was one of those 4 section seats, two window seats, two isle seats. We were by the window. He was facing the direction of travel, and I was sitting backwards. Two girls sat next to us. Once the left it was only him and I. There were other open seats on the tram. After a few stops he decided to get up and move. But why ? Do I have leprosy or something? Whatev.

Anyways, I am pissed off about the whole tram situation anyways. I got on the tram to go to Moszkva Tér. Then there I have to connect and get on Tram 18. I waited about 15 minutes to get on tram 18. I got on, and my grandmother told me that the place I wanted to go to was at the last stop of the tram. I got on, sat down and started playing "Klondike" on my ipod. After 45 minutes, the last stop is reached. Finally! Oh, wait. I am at the wrong last stop. JESUS. So, I had to get back on tram 18 and ride for a fucking hour and a half to get to my actual desired destination. Stupidity at its greatest. I had gone to that place before but since I wasn't paying attention to the road, I didn't realize I was going in the complete wrong direction....

I have very similar stories about my adventures on the subway. So I was trying to get home one night around 12, and since it was late the trains run farther apart. So I waited about 20 minutes for the J to come and rode it for 20 minutes to get to where I needed to switch lines. I got there and waited another 20 minutes for a yellow train. The express came so I was pretty excited since it would only take like 5 minutes to get home. I got on and after a minute we were going over a bridge, which didn't make much sense at all since I was already on my island... Turns out I took the train going the wrong direction. So then I got off first chance I had and waited at the station another 30 minutes thinking that the tracks on the opposite side of the platform would take me back. I thought I was at one of the smaller stations where it works like that. After waiting a while I started doubting myself since no train was coming, so I got up to go ask the person tending the station and realized it is a lot bigger than I thought and there were many more platforms. I saw the train I needed to be on, so I ran to it and ended up hopping on right before the doors closed. Took me a good two hours to get home that night instead of the usual 30 minutes.
